BlackBerry Radio launching today in Beta Zone – Gives access to Pandora, Slacker, & More All in One App!
by Mac Jadalhack
This is just awesome. I’m currently a Pandora and Slacker user as I have stations set up on both that I like to listen to at different times. I’d love an app where I can browse through multiple services in one interface. There’s nothing on streaming the actual music all within the app, but you’ll be able to check out music all over. Today RIM is launching BlackBerry Radio, a new application that will be available in BlackBerry Beta Zone later today. BlackBerry Radio is an app that gives you all your favorite music in one app. Features include:
- Access popular internet and terrestrial radio services like Slacker, Pandora, Clear Channel, and Corus in one place
- Quickly browse genre-based radio stations
- Enjoy seamless integration with your BlackBerry smartphone for quick and easy access to BlackBerry radio partners and the Amazon MP3 storefront
- Try premium radio apps within BlackBerry Radio for free
- Just start rockin’! No set-up required
So I think it’s awesome being able to browse Slacker, Pandora, Clear Channel, and Corus all in one application. BlackBerry Radio will be available in BlackBerry Beta Zone later today, so keep an eye out.
