What we haven’t seen so far is how the HDMI-out connection works on the PlayBook. Tablets such as the Apple iPad allow you to connect to television sets via cable or through AirPlay which is included in Apple TV. Neither one of these methods allow you to view the tablet live, as it only supports certain media. With the BlackBerry PlayBook, you connect an HDMI wire to it and connect to any television or projector, and a live screenshot of you PlayBook will appear. As you can see in this clip, it works smooth, and the resolution looks great.
