LiveProfile Cross Platform Messenger – Gives you a PIN like BBM
by Mac Jadalhack
There’s one too many to choose from at this point, but Kik and WhatsApp Messenger seem to be mainstream at the moment. I personally don’t use these cross platform messengers, but I do see that they are getting popular as users outside of BlackBerry are eager for something to replicate BlackBerry Messenger.
So here’s LifeProfile. It’s a new cross platform messenger available for BlackBerry, iOS, and Android. The funny part? Once you sign up and make a free account you are given a “PIN” like BBM, but of course your PIN here is nothing but a virtual number which is not assigned to the actual device.
Features:
- LiveProfile on your phone keeps you connected with friends in real-time. LiveProfile is a messenger for Android, BlackBerry, and iPhone devices.
- You can see when messages are delivered, read, or when the other person is typing a message. All for FREE and within just milliseconds.
- Like the name suggest LiveProfile is more than just a messenger. It includes profiles, pictures, status messages, and much more.
Maybe I’ll go ahead and try this out. Screenshots look pretty decent, I’m just personally not a fan of applications replication BBM. Although we do have Angry Farm replicating Angry Birds
