BlackBerry App World for mobiles already has Test Center, where applications that are beta or in testing get placed for the general public to test out until final release.  Now Test Center has been added to the BlackBerry PlayBook as well, so you’ll be able to get the latest and greatest applications before they hit official releases, if the developers decide to place their apps there that is.
