Sprint is doing away with the BlackBerry Bold 9650, Style 9670 and Curve 3G. So what’s to replace them now? It looks like the BlackBerry Bold 9900 will replace the Bold 9650, Curve 9350 to replace the Curve 3G 9330, and Torch 9850 to replace the Style 9670.
It’s sad to see the BlackBerry Style 9670 go end of life so early. Also, Boost Mobile just got it as their newest BlackBerry device too if you remember when it was launched a few days ago. I actually thought the Style 9670 would have succeeded more and extended its lifetime a bit longer, but it’s time to go out with old and in with the new we’ve all been waiting for.
Here’s the end of life dates for the three BlackBerry devices on Sprint:
- BlackBerry Bold 9650 – September
- BlackBerry Style 9670 – Late July/Early August
- BlackBerry Curve 3G 9330 – September
