Free App: Leave It On for BlackBerry leaves your screen on for apps you choose

Leave It On is a simple free application for BlackBerry. You might want to keep the backlight on your BlackBerry on if you’re using an app that requires you to look down at it frequent. Google Maps is a good example. You might be going somewhere and are constantly looking down at your BlackBerry to see what the next turn is. For some it’s just easier to have the screen stay on, rather than continuously pushing a button to turn the screen back on. Features include:

Leave the backlight on automatically for up to 8 applications. Just launch the application and
Leave It On will automatically keep the backlight on for you.
Keep the backlight on while charging, through USB, car charger or regular charger.
Low battery setting. Disable the backlight from staying on when the battery falls below a certain percent (configurable)
Set how long to keep the backlight on for, settings from 1 minute to 2 hours or never.
Customize pop-up options, text colour, duration to stay on screen, custom animations and more
Turn on the screen and popup options built in for over 17 applications
Backup and restore settings from SDCard

The screen pop up feature is pretty cool too. If you’re getting a new message, you’ll be notified by a pop up from the top of the screen with the message and you can click it to open it up. And once again, the app is free to download from the PocketBerry Store.
