Nice! T-Mobile BlackBerry Bold sold out in less than 24 hours
by Kal ChebliIt’s nice to see a BlackBerry device get sold out as many Berry users turn to the dark side with other platforms including iOS and Android. As expected, the BlackBerry Bold 9900 is intended to be the most popular BlackBerry device now as it offers a really comfortable large QWERTY keyboard with a higher than usual screen resolution and touchscreen capability. Also, it’s pretty damn thin making it pocket friendly. TmoNews spotted that the T-Mobile BlackBerry Bold 9900 is temporarily out of stock online, meaning they sold out in less than 24 hours. I asked around some T-Mobile stores and everyone said they sold out of the device as well. The majority of stores here in New Jersey received only 5-10 devices on launch day, which isn’t much but definitely gets people wanting it more as it sells out quick.
T-Mobile is currently offering the BlackBerry Bold 9900 for $299.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate. With that high price tag which is more than what Sprint and Verizon are offering the device for, it’s surprising that T-Mobile customers are still hopping onto the device.
