Gmail App for BlackBerry gets ended support on November 22nd

It’s over. The Gmail BlackBerry application is getting discontinued on November 22nd officially. The reason behind it? Google says it is focusing on enhancing its mobile Gmail site as that’s where they see their future involvement with BlackBerry smartphones. There’s a bunch of Google apps that have been left out of later BlackBerry devices with OS 7, and it’s no surprise to see the company start by announcing this.
