I have always been a huge fan of game nights with friends or family. I remember every Friday night when I was younger playing games like Scrabble, Scategories, Taboo, or various other games. Even recently I have done the same with friends. It’s always fun but sometimes getting the games to the party, set up, or packed up can be such problems. I’ve always enjoyed the fact of mobile gaming and how tablets and smart phones improve our life. I never ever pictured it being this easy to play games that involved more than one player. One game that has really caught my attention is Guess Word and it’s available right now for BlackBerry 10 devices.
Guess Word is more or less like Taboo. Do you remember that game? The objective of Guess Word is simple, its a game for a player to have his/her partner(s) guess the word on his/her card without using the word itself or five additional words listed on the card. With Guess Word if the player who is trying to get his/her team the clues say one of the words on the card then the Taboo button would be pressed deducting a point, if the team successfully guess the word they are awarded a point. Each team has a minute to play to try and score the most point. Of course in this version of the game players will be using the Z10 not a card. Guess Word looks great and easy to use with four different level of difficulties: easy, medium, hard and extreme.
If you are looking for hours and hours of fun with friends and family without all the cleanup and set up, well this is the game for you. Grab your copy of Guess Word right now for your BlackBerry 10, or those using a Dev Alpha for FREE. (I spoke with the developers and they have plans to bring Guess Word to the BlackBerry PlayBook) Pleaser hurry because the game will change from the promo cost of FREE to $2.00 soon; which still is a great price for a game that normal retails for about $30.00.
