A few days ago, Mauricio over at BlackBerry Rocks just found that there is a Mobile Backup located in Options on the BlackBerry Bold 9700.  So aside from being able to remotely backup your BBM buddies, you can do so as well with your contacts.  So how do you get this feature?  It doesn’t just appear on its own.  You must have OS 5.0.0.405 5.0 downloaded on to your T-Mobile BlackBerry Bold 9700 in order for this to work.

Excited for the new BlackBerry Curve 8530 to release for Verizon?  The release date is right around the corner on November 20th at all Verizon Wireless retail stores.  Of course this is the cheapest BlackBerry to release at Verizon as it is only $99.99 to purchase with a two year strings attached contract.

As the BlackBerry Bold 9700 has been announced, we felt it was priority to provide the specs and features available in the device from RIM.  As you can see in the image, there is a lot taken from the previous BlackBerry Bold 9000 including the keyboard (which is also in the Tour 96xx), the rounded bottom, and of course the name “Bold.”  This of course is rockin’ the new trackpad as RIM has basically had its funeral for the trackwheel and trackball by now.  Continue reading to get the full specs sheet on the BlackBerry Bold 9700.
