For those still floating around with the BlackBerry Bold 9700 and would like to give a new OS a try, check out 6.0.0.688 from A1.  It’s the latest official OS 6 build available for the Bold 9700 as of today.  I know a lot of frustrated 9700 users who have OS 6 and have lots of bug and lag issues, but unfortunately it might be time to upgrade the device.  Nonetheless, the OS here is available for those who want to give it a further chance.

Vodafone put out a large update for the BlackBerry Bold 9700/9780, Curve 9300, and Torch 9800 today.  The update is OS 6.0.0.666 and is officially available at the BlackBerry OS download page.  I haven’t tried this OS on any of these devices yet, but let us know how stable it is.

The BlackBerry Bold 9700, Bold 9780, and Curve 9300 all get OS 6.0.0.650 officially today from Mobilicity.  Many users have been stuck on .600 for a little while as it came out leaked first then later went official with various carriers.  This is the next official OS you can pick up for the three devices mentioned.

The BlackBerry Bold 9700 and BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300 got an OS leak today.  This one’s OS 6.0.0.600, bringing you the latest OS version up to date.  The Curve 9300 seems pretty stable with OS 6, but we’re hoping the Bold 9700 is picking up and getting better as these updates release.  There’s two download mirrors for each device below.  Enjoy.

Another good deal for OS builds!  It looks like AVEA Turkey has released OS 6.0.0.570 and 6.0.0.576 for devices other than the BlackBerry Torch 9800.  Next one spotted goes out to the BlackBerry Bold 9780 and BlackBerry Bold 9700.  OS 6.0 has been a bit shaky on the Bold 9700, but I’m hoping we get some sort of stability this time around.  As for the Bold 9780, it seems as though the updates get better and better, as the device does come with the appropriate 512MB of memory which should have been required for OS 6.0 to begin with.  Any way, download links below to download the updates officially!
