Here’s a big batch of OS updates all from Vodafone UK.  We’ve seen OS 6.0.0.546 launch officially already, the most recent one being from Vodafone DE.  The BlackBerry Torch 9800, Bold 9780, Bold 9700, Curve 3G 9300, and Pearl 3G 9100/9105 all got the update yesterday from Vodafone UK, so you can go ahead and download the official update.

This leak started off late yesterday, so some of you may have already spotted it by now.  You’ll notice it’s the same OS version as the Torch leak, 6.0.0.534.  You know the drill -  download and install at your own risk!

Here’s a small jump to OS 6.0.0.526 from the previous .524 leak we saw for the Curve 3G 9330.  It’s also leaked, but it is a newer version than any official out at the moment.  Download and install at your own risk.

We haven’t seen enough commercials for the BlackBerry Bold 9780.  As we had mentioned before, we saw more spotlight on the BlackBerry Torch 9800, which isn’t bad at all since it is RIM’s popular smartphone at the moment.  This commercial shows off the BlackBerry Bold 9780 and how a horseman uses it.  The horseman gets videos and clips from other horseman friends of their horses and he uses it to keep in touch.  Some of these commercials really throw me off, but they’re good!

This isn’t huge news, as this 6.0.0.448 has become really popular when it comes to official BlackBerry 6 builds. I personally don’t like it, but I am aware that there’s a crowd out there who only sticks to official releases.  I noticed on my BlackBerry Bold 9780 that OS 6.0.0.448 was officially available to download.  I’m not claiming this just released, but it had to be recent enough as the wireless update got pushed my way.

Telus just launched OS 6.0.0.448 for the BlackBerry Torch 9800.  This .448 seems to be popular among other carriers who have also decided to go along with it.  In my opinion, I’m not very fond of the Torch .448 and definitely experienced worse battery life than my previous .246 official from AT&T.  Of course at the time I tried it, it was a leak, but you’re all welcome to try these out on your devices.  Once again this is the official OS 6.0.0.448 for the Torch 9800, brought to you by Telus!

Not a huge tip here, or info full of excitement, but MTS does carry BlackBerry smartphones, and two of RIM’s elite devices are hitting the carrier.  It appears that they are showing both the BlackBerry Torch 9800 and BlackBerry Bold 9780 as coming soon devices.

So if you need your BlackBerry 6 fix from now and fiending for extended 512MB of memory, you can have the Torch slider which gives you full QWERTY with touchscreen, or the traditional Bold 9780 which is based on the Bold 9700 that’s small and compact, rocking decent specs under the hood but no touchscreen.
