The BlackBerry Torch 9810 is expected to launch tomorrow officially for Rogers in Canada. Some have already gotten their hands on the device as stores sell them off a bit earlier than launch date. When the BlackBerry Torch 9810 was originally announced, we were hinted that it would come in white as well, but weren’t sure if the color would be available at launch. Now we see in this screenshot that the Torch 9810 is available in both white and black so you won’t have to wait 6 months into the device’s launch for new colors to be available.

While we wait for the new BlackBerry smartphones to hit the streets in the United States, Canada is having a blast with all the early launch dates, and now even further a device available. Some Rogers Wireless stores are beginning to have the BlackBerry Bold 9900 in stock. Also, some of those stores are selling the devices off as others might say they don’t have them in stock or can’t sell them until Thursday. Some lucky folks will be able to walk around with new Bold 9900′s. We are extremely jealous.

There’s nothing more promising of a very soon launch than seeing carrier employee training for the device right? Yesterday RIM made one of the biggest announcements they have in a very long time with three devices, one of which is the BlackBerry Bold 9900 which we already saw back at BlackBerry World. Rogers has the Bold 9900 coming up soon and we’ve been seeing leaked screenshots of memos indicating an imminent launch date. Now we see that Rogers employees are getting training for the BlackBerry Bold 9900. Cool.

Now we’re seeing even sooner dates than expected. At first we saw August 31st pop up for T-Mobile, Then Telus got August 15th, and now Rogers is getting it on August 9th. There’s definitely a lot of anger being built up as we speak in North America with the lack of announcements from various carriers and a late end of the month one from Tmo. This flyer was leaked out from some internal memo, and yes it is blurry but it clearly does say August 9th as a launch date for the BlackBerry Bold 9900. Who’s ready for it?

Yesterday a price card for the BlackBerry Torch 2 9810 was spotted for Rogers. The card shows some general specifics on the Torch 2 including screen size, battery life, processor speed, and OS version. The Torch 9810 seems to be hitting the same carriers the 9800 first round. Although there are rumors of it hitting T-Mobile but other than that Rogers is getting it as confirmed here, and hopefully AT&T which is notoriously known for announcing devices super late.

Not a huge deal for some since the BlackBerry Torch 9800 has been out for about a year now and has been available in white flavor too for some time now. Keep in mind the BlackBerry Torch 9810 is underway as well, so it only makes sense to slowly start stepping away from the device. Rogers will continue carrying the BlackBerry Torch 9800 in black color, but it won’t be around in white anymore.

It’s not like the BlackBerry PlayBook is impossible to find nowadays with all the retail channels it’s available at. Rogers Wireless in Canada now carries the PlayBook as well officially, so next time you’re in the store for your BlackBerry upgrade, you can get a PlayBook side order to go along with it. Pricing remains to be the same: $499 for 16GB, $599 for 32GB, and $699 for 64GB. So if you’re looking to grab one from Rogers, head over to any of their retail stores. I can’t seem to find a purchase link online so you’ll have to make the physical commute.
