That’s what it looks like. Earlier today I was navigating in BlackBerry App World and noticed Verizon had its own section on right on the start page. Included was hand selected apps from Verizon and others specifically for Verizon BlackBerry smartphones. I’m curious to see if anyone else is seeing this for their App World for another carrier. I’ve checked T-Mobile and Sprint BlackBerry devices and haven’t found anything yet but if you do, let us know!

Last week a leaked document showed a BlackBerry Curve 9370 headed to Verizon, rumored to launch this month. The info was unclear until now where we see it in another Verizon document showing what devices are coming up in the future. And as you guessed, the BlackBerry Curve 9370 makes its presence. According to this doc, the launch date is set for November 17th. We all know how leaked launch dates go- things can change at anytime, but this is the “affirmative” so far.

Finally we hear something about this BlackBerry Curve 9370. We’ve already seen the new Curve launch as the 9350 and 9360 already, but have yet to see the 9370 which is both GSM and CDMA. According to this leaked inventory screenshot, the BlackBerry Curve 9370 is expected to head over to Verizon this month. Anyone looking forward to it or have you settled for the Torch 9850 and Bold 9930?

Verizon BlackBerry Torch 9850 users, looks like the OS was updated for your device. There is no change log on what is included or fixed in this update. However, if you are interested in the update head over here.

Looks like the BlackBerry Bold 9930 gets on OS update to 7.0.0.374 by Verizon. As of right now there is no changelog. But if you are on a Verizon BlackBerry Bold 9930 you can get the latest OS here.

Verizon Wireless has officially announced the BlackBerry Torch 9850 today with a launch date as early as September 8th. Just like the Bold 9930, we’ll be seeing the device available online first then available later on in stores.
